Karen Ware is an aspiring writer of historical romance novels. Her historical interests include Regency Great Britain and Europe; Civil War and Western American; and  some other eras.

“The Course of True Love” was a great event held in Atlanta, GA! Attended and met many new friends, pitched to an editor and an agent (some butterflies here but all turned out for the best!).  The Maggie awards event was wonderful and I loved seeing all the winners’ acceptances. I should note next year’s keynote speaker is to be Julia Quinn and I am hoping to make my second attendance at the event!

For a winning donation to the Janis Hudson auction,  Cindy Gerard will be reading and critiquing 50 pages and a synopsis for me! How great is that?! PLUS I received a box full of autographed Gerard books. Awesome!!
